Coppini Arte Olearia, on the occasion of CIBUS 2022, will present the new monocultivar extra virgin olive oil de'Coppini , a product that represents the maximum expression of the company's production.

“The olives come from identified plots of land, are hand-picked in their very first stage of ripening when they are still green and selected – says Francesco Coppini, sales manager - The pressing takes place in our Pilot Mill, just a few hours after harvesting. This results in an extra virgin olive oil with strong aromas and flavors, bright color and rich in polyphenols. For the 2021-2022 campaign we have selected the Nocellara del Belìce, one of the most sought-after cultivars, which in this campaign has expressed all its characteristics to the fullest, for a perfect harmony of taste, aromas and persistence”

This product has already received several awards, from the Gambero Rosso Guide to the selection for the Cibus Innovation Corner.

During the fair we will taste our monocultivar de'Coppini and many other products combined with the cuisine of the fantastic Lorenzo and Laura of "Tra l'Uss e l'Asa" Kithchen Lab.

Furthermore, on Tuesday 3rd May, we will host the event " Accordi Sensoriali: Gelato e Olio Extra Vergine d'Oliva" a guided tasting of exclusive recipes created by Stefano Marinucci , chef and teacher at Carpigiani Gelato University, with Coppini Arte Olearia products. The sensory analysis path was developed in collaboration with Manuela Violoni, Centro Studi Assaggiatori of Brescia.
