L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo srl, with registered office and administrative office in San Secondo Parmense, Strada al Grugno 3/4 - CAP 43017, a single-member company, share capital Euro 20,800.00, registration number in the Register of Companies of PR / 176793 and tax code 01764580344, VAT no. 01764580344 (hereinafter "L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo"), makes available to all users the possibility of purchasing L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo products via the Internet (hereinafter "Products") and also of using the Delivery Service (hereinafter the "Services"), through the website www.coppiniarteolearia.com , and its shop page https://shop.coppiniarteolearia.com (hereinafter "Site"), of which Azienda Agricola Coppini Arte Olearia srl is the sole and exclusive owner.
1) General notes
These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) and by the regulations on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and subsequent amendments) and apply exclusively to the remote sale via the web of the Products as identified and listed on the Site and of the Services as indicated in these General Conditions as well as in the "Services" section of the Site.
In the event of changes to the General Conditions, at the time of the purchase order, as specified in the following articles 3 and 4 of these General Conditions (hereinafter “Purchase Order”), the General Conditions published on the Site at the time of sending the Order by the Customer (hereinafter “Customer”) will apply.
2) Offer to the public
The Products and Services with the relative Prices as present on the Site, constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the methods specified in the General Conditions on the Site itself. The Conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the Website indicated above.
The purchase contracts stipulated on the Site and having as their object the Products and related Services (hereinafter "Purchase Contracts" or simply "Contracts") are concluded with L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo.
3) Prices
All Product Prices indicated on the Site include VAT. Delivery costs (hereinafter "Delivery Costs"), as indicated in the subsequent articles of these General Conditions, are the responsibility of the Customer and are adequately detailed in the Purchase Order, unless there is an active promotion offering free shipping on any Order or starting from a certain amount of Expenditure.
The Price shown on the Site at the time the Order is sent applies to the Products and Services, without any consideration of previous offers or any subsequent Price changes.
4) Order
Purchase Orders must be made online through the Order procedure. The minimum order is €15.00.
In order to proceed with the compilation of the Purchase Order, the Customer must comply with the following procedures:
a) In the event that the Customer is not a User of the Site, it will be sufficient to insert the requested data in the appropriate form, thus registering online via the "Create Account" page (to become a User of the Site).
b) In the event that the Customer is already registered on the Site via the specific "Create Account" Section (hereinafter "Site User"), it will be sufficient to enter his/her access credentials (username and password) by entering them in the "Login" Section.
c) Registration on the Site is not mandatory to place an Order on the Site.
The Customer successfully completes the Order Procedure if the Site does not display any error messages (the system cannot detect errors in reference to the data entered by the Customer in the field dedicated to the billing and shipping addresses).
The Purchase Agreement will be deemed to be concluded between L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo and the Customer upon receipt of the Order by L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo. In such case, L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo will acknowledge receipt of the Order by sending an order confirmation email (hereinafter “Order Confirmation”) to the email address provided by the Customer. This Confirmation will summarise the Products and Services chosen, the relevant Prices (including Delivery costs, if due, and additional costs relating to additional Services when requested by the Customer), the delivery address, the order number (hereinafter “Order Number”), and any special Conditions applicable to the individual Order and determined following specific requests from the Customer.
L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo reminds the Customer to verify with the utmost attention and care the correctness of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and to communicate to L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo any corrections within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the same. The Order Number, generated by the system and communicated by L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo, must be used by the Customer in all communications with L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo.
Occasional unavailability of the Products offered may occur; in this case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not, in whole or in part, available, L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo will communicate this to the Customer.
Offer to the public
All Products and Prices indicated in the Services constitute an offer to the public with the limitations and methods contained in the Website itself and in these General Conditions.
Graphic design
The illustrative photographs of the Products have a merely representative function and have the sole purpose of presenting the Products. The Company consequently declines all responsibility and does not provide any guarantee with reference to the correspondence of the graphic design of the Products published on the Website and that of the Products delivered.
Variable weight products
Variable weight Products are offered on the Website in guaranteed minimum sizes and weights.
In the event that the Products purchased include one or more of these variable weight products, the Company will apply exclusively the price calculated at the time of the order, without any consideration of price increases or decreases that may have occurred subsequently or previously concluded.
Products per package
In the event that the Products purchased through the Services include one or more of such products per package, the Company will apply exclusively the price calculated at the time of the order, without any consideration of price increases or decreases, including for promotions, which may have occurred subsequently or previously concluded.
5) Payment Methods
Payment for the Order must be made at the time the Order is forwarded to L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo.
Payment must be made online by Credit Card, Paypal or Advance Bank Transfer, following the instructions on the Site itself.
The total amount to be paid will be blocked on the Customer's Credit Card at the time of the Order, but will be charged to the Customer only at the time of Shipping.
6) Delivery methods
Delivery will be made:
a. Via QPL Srl (only in Italy and in the provinces served: all of Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lombardy excluding the provinces of Milan and Monza-Brianza). In this case, delivery will be carried out by our trusted Delivery Persons (hereinafter “Delivery Persons”). Upon completion of the Order, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt, in which he will be informed that his Order has been successful and his purchase will be delivered within two weeks (fifteen days) from the date of execution of the Order. A second email will follow with the date of delivery of the package , the personal details of the Delivery Person and his telephone number for any contacts.

b. Via Express Courier chosen by L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo ( hereinafter “Carrier”) . Upon completion of the Order, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt, in which he will be informed that his Order has been successful and his purchase will be delivered within one week (seven days) from the date of the order. A second email will follow to confirm that the package has been delivered to the Courier , where the shipment tracking link will be indicated to monitor the Order.
The delivery date indicated in the email is indicative only, therefore no responsibility can be attributed to L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo in case of failure to respect the same if the Delivery takes place within 15 days from the Order. The Delivery will take place without prior appointment and is intended at street level. The Customer can request, if necessary, delivery to the floor without additional costs.
At the time of Delivery, the presence of the Customer or a trusted person is required to check that the packaging is intact and clean and that the Products received correspond to what is reported on the Order. In the event of visible defects, such as incorrect quantities and/or incorrect Product and non-integrity of the packaging, L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo asks the Customer or his/her trusted representative to report the aforementioned anomalies on the transport document and to contact L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo at the " Contacts " link.
7) Delivery costs
L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo applies a shipping cost of €5.00 on each order placed through the site on national territory and €13.00 for each order placed in Europe.
Over €70.00 of expenditure, delivery costs become free.
8) Support services
The Customer may obtain information regarding the Products, the Order and receive any other type of pre-sales and post-sales Assistance (hereinafter "Assistance Services") using the contact form , the toll-free number 800 85 30 72 or by contacting Coppini via SMS and Whatsapp at 3401541307 from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, or by using the Messenger chat when active on the site.
9) Cancellation of Purchase Order
If the Customer wishes to cancel his Order, he may do so within 24 (twenty-four) hours of payment, without additional costs. In this case, L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo will refund the Customer the entire amount paid in the manner requested by the Customer.
10) Right of withdrawal
The Customer is a “Consumer”, as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, and is entitled to the rights set forth in Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21/02/2014, and therefore has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement (hereinafter “Right of Withdrawal”) for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, in the manner specified below.
The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only part (Partial Withdrawal) of the Products of the Gentleman Farmer purchased by the Consumer. The Withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the Delivery Person and designated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the Product(s) (hereinafter “Withdrawal Period”).

The Withdrawal Notice must specify the intention to withdraw from the Purchase and the Product or Products for which the right of Withdrawal is to be exercised.
Following the correct exercise of the right of Withdrawal, as outlined in art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code as cited above, L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo will forward the Practice Number to the Consumer via email. This Number must be indicated by the Consumer when returning the Product(s) (hereinafter "Return"). The Return of the Product(s) must take place within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer communicated his/her decision to withdraw pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code cited above. This aforementioned deadline will be respected if the Consumer sends back or delivers the Product(s) subject to Withdrawal before the 14 days have expired. The Consumer may return the Product(s) by arranging for the shipment which must be addressed to the address indicated above.
The Gentleman Farmer reminds its Consumers that the transport costs related to the return of the Product(s) subject to Withdrawal are borne by the Consumer and that the Return is under the complete responsibility of the Consumer himself. The Gentleman Farmer also reminds its Consumers, before the Return, to check that the Product(s) subject to Withdrawal is/are intact and in normal state of conservation, inserted in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation).
The Consumer, pursuant to current legislation, will only be liable for the decrease in value of the Product(s) resulting from handling thereof other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product(s).
If the Right of Withdrawal has been correctly exercised in accordance with the provisions of articles 52 et seq., L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo will refund the Consumer the entire amount already paid, including Delivery Costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which it was informed of the Consumer's decision to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement. The amount will be refunded using the same means of payment used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly requested by the Consumer and provided that the Consumer does not have to bear any costs as a consequence of the refund. L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 56 of the Consumer Code as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the Product(s) or until the Consumer has demonstrated that he/she has shipped the Product(s), depending on which situation occurs first.
11) Legal and Conventional Guarantees
a) Legal guarantee for the Consumer Customer
The Consumer Customer (hereinafter, “Consumer”), as defined in art. 3 of the Consumer Code (hereinafter, “Consumer Code”, Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206), has the right to avail of the legal guarantee provided by the Consumer Code itself in articles 128 to 132. This Guarantee provides, among other things, that the Consumer, under penalty of forfeiture, reports to L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo any lack of conformity found by the Consumer in the purchased product within 2 (two) months of discovery (art. 132, Consumer Code). Following such report, the Consumer will have the right to request the replacement of the Product, without prejudice to the other rights provided by law in favor of the Consumer. By virtue of the legal guarantee referred to above, L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 (two) months of Delivery of the Product. Beyond this term, L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo, therefore, will not be responsible for any defects of conformity found by the Consumer. In the event of replacement of the Product, the terms of the guarantee relating to the Product given as a replacement are the same as those of the original product.
12) Processing of personal data
The Customer's data is processed by L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the specific section of the site dedicated to "Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003" ( Privacy Policy ).
13) Communications
Any communication, except as provided in the previous art. 10 "Right of Withdrawal", may be addressed to L'Agricoltore Gentiluomo using the contact channels listed in the " Contacts " section of the Site.
