Olive & Rosmarino rosemary oil is obtained from the simultaneous pressing of freshly picked Nocellara del Belice olives and fresh rosemary .

Pairings : It is ideal with shellfish, roasts and pizzaiole, with sliced beef, rabbit with olives, chickpea cream and pork loin, but it is truly exceptional on bruschetta with bacon.
Cultivar : The flavoured oil is obtained from the pressing of Sicilian olives of the Nocellara del Belice variety and from Sicilian Officinalis rosemary .
