Organic Vegan Extra Virgin Olive Oil Gentleman Farmer It was born from the great experience of the Coppini Arte Olearia family: an all-Italian product with certified traceability ( top) .

This is a vegan oil because our olive growers, with care and attention, manage to obtain a product that is totally respectful of the environment, using exclusively organic substances of vegetal and non-animal origin for fertilization. Thanks to this activity, we have obtained the BIOVEGAN certification from ICEA, which includes a specification developed in collaboration with LAV - Lega Antivivisezione.

A totally natural organic vegan oil , the result of continuous research carried out in our pilot mill in Belice. Thanks to new pressing techniques, it has been possible to produce an extra virgin olive oil with high polyphenols and vitamin E, excellent natural antioxidants. The organic vegan oil is rich in goodness and respect for nature, and pairs naturally with the most varied recipes, from first courses, side dishes, savory pies and raw vegetables.

Cultivar: obtained from the cold pressing of Sicilian olives of the Nocellara del Belice variety and White lilac

Tasting notes : Medium fruity, herbaceous, with hints of tomato and artichoke. Balanced in taste sensations, with a slight prevalence of spicy; tomato aftertaste.

Pairings and uses in the kitchen : Coppini Arte Olearia organic oil is ideal with pasta and beans, porcini mushroom risotto, vegetable risottos, vegetable pies, crudités and for preparing an excellent Genoese pesto.

ICEA ORGANIC Certification : it is the certification of the Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification, synonymous with guarantee, control and quality of organic production.

CSQA Certification : This is the certification that attests to the traceability of the supply chain and guarantees the traceability of the product from the olive grove to the mill, up to your table.

Kosher Certification : This is the certification that attests that our organic vegan oil has been produced in compliance with the religious rules underlying the diet of the Jewish people.
