Terra Gentile EVO oil - light fruity

Terra Gentile EVO oil is harmonious and delicate, characterized by a slightly fruity aroma that marries with similar elements, pleasantly binding with the palate. It is an Italian extra virgin olive oil obtained from the pressing of Italian olives, from which a delicate and sweet oil with low acidity is obtained. Cold extraction , at a temperature below 27 degrees, allows to preserve the quality of the product and the organoleptic properties of the olives .
