Sicilian Organic Mandarin Jam

Our mandarin jam is a artisanal product that expresses all the perfume and aroma of Sicilian mandarins.

This is a mandarin jam obtained from fresh organic fruit , harvested at the right level of ripeness. Sicilian mandarins are peeled and stoned by hand respecting the fruit and the peel which contains all the characteristic aromas of the fruit and the essential oils with a healthy effect known since ancient times and today proven by expert botanists and nutritionists. It is an all-natural product, without the addition of colorants or preservatives, which recalls the flavour and authenticity of homemade jam.

The Sicilian recipe mandarin jam is produced using a high quantity of fruit compared to sugar, thus obtaining a product with the right density in which the flavour of the citrus fruits prevails over the sweet notes of the sugar. The presence of the peel , in addition to enhancing the aroma and taste of this organic jam, thanks to the presence of the aromatic component of mandarin essential oils, gives the product a strong and typical character.
