Our White Peach Jam is characterized by a sweet and aromatic flavor and an unmistakable scent. Unlike the classic yellow peach jam, it is a product with a more pronounced aroma and an almost exotic flavor that reminds us of the hot Sicilian summers.

For the production of this jam we use the white peach of Bivona, a typical fruit of western Sicily that fully expresses its territory. It is better known as the “montagnola” peach, so called because it is produced in a predominantly mountainous terrain and, despite being little irrigated, the white pulp is firm and juicy. The flavor of this fruit is sweet and aromatic and its characteristic scent is different from that of most peaches produced in the rest of Sicily and Italy.

Our jam is characterized by the presence of a high quantity of fruit which makes it an excellent product both in terms of its flavor and from a nutritional point of view.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE : White peach jam is ideal for breakfast or as a snack, eaten with biscuits or on bread. Thanks to its unique flavour, it is ideal for preparing delicious and refined desserts such as a jam and amaretti tart or a cake with custard and jam. We also recommend trying it on vanilla ice cream or in yogurt. For those who love sweets, but with an eye on their figure, we suggest trying it for making biscuits made from shortcrust pastry with extra virgin olive oil and filled with jam and dark chocolate.
