Cultivar: Obtained from the cold pressing of Sicilian olives of the variety Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla and from the Apulian cultivar Cor atina .

Tasting Notes: Fresh aroma of green tomato and tomato leaf with a hint of freshly cut grass. On the palate hint of tomato and a spicy note with aroma of red root.

Pairings : It is ideal with game stews and grilled meats. Excellent raw with red meat tartare, fior di latte mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella and burrata, and excellent with crispy vegetable dips.
