Thanks to the talent of the artist Isabella Bersellini from Parma, we have captured the soul of conviviality and the sense of warmth that a dish can give, together with the desire to imprint it in our memory, as the tradition of the Buon Ricordo dishes wants and finally the magic of the color of the patterns of the Vietri ceramics .

With its artist label, this bottle becomes a tangible symbol of the exclusivity and uniqueness of this tradition. This extra virgin olive oil is the result of the wise selection of the Sicilian cultivars Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla , which give the product an intense and elegant aromatic profile .

The artist Isabella Bersellini

Isabella Bersellini is a freelance illustrator and graphic designer based in Parma . She has worked with several international and Italian clients such as Die Zeit, Fidenza Village, Doordash, AARP, De Morgen, Les Echos, Big Mamma, Freeda, Twix, Feltrinelli, Lipu to name a few. Born under the sign of Pisces and with her wardrobe divided by color. She likes a sense of humor and pastries. She can't stand selfish people and cooking.

Cultivar : Obtained from the cold pressing of Sicilian olives of the Nocellara del Belice variety and Biancolilla .

Tasting Notes : A fresh aroma of green tomato and tomato leaf is perceived, followed by a hint of tomato on the palate, characterized by a very pleasant intensity.

Pairings : This extra virgin olive oil pairs perfectly with red meats prepared in tartare and grilled. It is excellent to use raw with first courses with a strong flavour and to enhance simple flavours such as mozzarella fior di latte, buffalo mozzarella and burrata. It is also excellent to enhance the taste of crunchy vegetables in pinzimonio.
