LEMON OIL - OBTAINED BY CRUSHING OLIVES & LEMONS
Olives & Lemon is a naturally lemon-flavored oil obtained from the simultaneous pressing of freshly picked Nocellara del Belice olives and Sicilian Zagara Bianca lemons , which are particularly juicy and prized. Thanks to this process, carried out in our Frantoio della Valle del Belice, the extra virgin olive oil retains all the flavors and properties of the oils present in the lemon peel, eliminating the acidic hints of the juice.
In this way, a condiment with a refined and unmistakable flavour is obtained. The lively notes of the essential oils of the lemon peel make it ideal for all raw uses, but also for cooking in pastry preparations.

Cultivar: Lemon oil is obtained from the simultaneous pressing of Sicilian olives of the Nocellara del Belice variety (81%) and Zagara Bianca lemons (19%) .
Pairings and uses in the kitchen : Coppini Arte Olearia oil and lemon is ideal in all recipes based on fish and shellfish, red meats, roast beef, and dips. Try it paired with an artichoke and Parmigiano Reggiano salad; it is truly surprising with dark chocolate and on fiordilatte and cream ice cream.
