Also this year, Coppini Arte Olearia extra virgin olive oil is alongside the Chefs of Cortina for the events of The Queen of Taste , the festival dedicated to the chefs of Cortina restaurants and local dishes revisited in a gourmet way . On Saturday 7 September, the centre of the town, destination of the 2026 Winter Olympics, was transformed into an open-air restaurant with tastings, menus prepared by starred chefs and a few surprises.

The Queen of Taste is an event promoted by the Cortina For Us association and sponsored by Audi. The aim is to promote the food and wine traditions of the Queen of the Dolomites and enhance the typical products of the Ampezzo valleys.

it/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">The Queen of Taste immediately presents itself with a novelty linked to the duration of the event, which this year for the first time took place over the course of two days.

For the occasion, the most famous restaurants in the Ampezzo valley moved their kitchens to as many stations set up in Corso Italia. Participants were thus able to taste their gourmet dishes, reinterpreted in a street food version.

Our organic extra virgin olive oil was tasted by the participants of the event and used by the Chefs of the Cortina restaurants for their preparations.
